Order of the Germna Eagle 3rd class award document

Hello all,

This is a pre-war document to an Englishman. Didn't really know the British were helping the Germans that much in the field of ship making. Any idea what something like this would be worth? I may want to use it in trade but I have no idea of its value or rarity.

ReichsKanzler documents are more rare than war time documents but still would need a right buyer for it.

Maybe around 400$ but only if there is a right eagle order or document collector.
