Award documents- should I have any concerns?

    Hi,

I'm going through my collection and require some help- or at least a few extra pairs of eyes

Is everything as it should be?

        They look okay to me.

Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

A nice grouping of docs, though unfortunately their condition will have a big impact on their value. Interesting unit as well.

resized? for myself, i can accept the document in a small tearings, punched holes, folds, but not resized documents.

                      Hi guys,

Yeah I know the quality isn't 100%, but there are a couple of interesting reasons why I bought this lot of awards and docs.
One was the unit- not all to common.

But the main reason: EK2 award doc + award.

As you can see it was signed (and possibly awarded) by General Josef Harpe (Knights Cross of the Iron Cross (13. August 1941) Oak Leaves (31. December 1941) Swords (15. September 1943).

Which makes this average condition, resized according to Cole (during historical period), very interesting indeed!

Superb pieces to a rare unit.

                        Congratulations,

Perhaps the docs have been resized to be framed ? Just my 02. cents on the matter.

                            Nice set!
I specially like Harpe's signature: I have in my collection a KVKII document signed by him in the same way, using a pencil
