Could this guy be Dietl?

today I got this photo and I guess this guy could be General Dietl.

I´m not alone in this mind, two collectors are with me.

Please tell me - I am right?

I would say no. Nose seems off but more importantly no one seems to pay him any attention which would be very odd if that guy would be general Dietl.

i say yes. Look at the boots, those are finnish boots and i know Dietl took to wearing these

Looks to be and he is trying that harness on over a leather officers coat,
I think they are paying no attention so as not to laugh

Brilliant minds for strategy, no common sense.

To kept away from tool boxes, screwdrivers etc.

Plus no-one would probably suggest that the General was being silly doing it?
