Bogus November 1923 Ausweis

Hi,

one of my good friend purchased the next "Ausweis".
I'm pretty sure this is a "real fake" (i think i already saw the same picture used on another bogus item, the picture seemed to be laser printed as the Ausweis etc).

















Is is a copy of a real "Ausweis" (and for what use) or is it a fantasy item ?
