    Hi Nick,

Could we see the whole document? It looks like a promotion document...

        Dear Nick,

The countersignature on the lower left appears to be that of General Field Marshal Wilhelm Keitel. Will await further photos.

          IMO, both signatures are authentic.

It appears to be a list of field promotions proposed by Keitel. The Seal of State looks good to me. Phil does have a point, though I don't know how Hitler's printed signature would have gotten onto what looks like an originally-blank sheet of paper? We still haven't seen the entire page... I hope Max History can give us his thoughts on this piece.

This is the usual list from a promotions/postings order issued by Hitler. They were all ink signed by Hitler and ink countersigned by a member of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht. As far as I know, they never bore printed/facsimile signatures. They were individually held in blue file folders in the Hauptarchiv. All these documents are extremely collectable and those with senior officers or famous officers more so. A very nice piece.
                    Max.

Interesting document indeed. Here is an authentic example of both AH and Keitel sigs from 1942.
