Hess signature

I'd just like to ask for opinions as to why people think this Hess signature on the e-stand hasn't been snapped up yet ?
It looks pretty good to me and I've been told the seller got it from a reputable source.

IMO it's the price--it's too high (IMO) when considering that it's not a significant letter, it's signed R. Hess rather than his full name, and Hess's signature on a standard letter doesn't normally bring a 1500.00 price.
