Hi Guys,

Looks ok to me but thought i'd run it past those in the know. Awarded very late war, any ideas on the signature?

Justin, I don´t have a good feeling about this one. Whole citation just look quite below on the paper, stamp is just too good and stain on the signature is suspicious. It´s just my two cents here, it´s always hard to tell if document is genuine from pictures..better to have it in your hands and then judge.

Bad. Post this one in the fake documents forum. The tagline at the bottom "U.boots flottillen" is just completely wrong, as is the signature - that belongs to a Kapitan z. See we can't identify. Look at the poor quality of the EK at top of doc.

Complete rubbish. No need at all to have it in hand.

There are a lot of fake docs around at the moment which use this kind of bold black ink sig. The faker hasnt even gone to the trouble of trying to copy the sig of someone who would have signed such a doc.
