Customs and Luftschutz ?

Good evening,

I recently purchased some photos and there are two of them I got some questions.
Which unit do the soldiers in photo 1 and 2 belong to ? Is it "Luftschutz" and do they keep their gasmasks in the bags around their necks ?
The second photo is customs, can anyone recognize the pins at their caps ? Maybe it is something like a skiing batch ?

Hi,

Your first two photos look like regular Luftwaffe personnel to me, and the other photos are Customs officials.
I have no idea about the cap pin, but is certainly looks like some skiing badge or award.
