Is this anyone important?

This book is a recent find and I think it is important but I can't read the dedication. Organisation Heinz 1934. Deals with Freikorps and the struggle to power. The kicker is that this book has multiple stamps from "hauptarchiv der NSDAP" and "NSDAP Parteiarchiv" which sure sounds impressive. If this book is out of the official NSDAP library I thought perhaps the dedication is from someone important. I am terrible at reading this kind of stuff and a bit of help along those lines would be so welcome. Thanks so much to all.

The book is not rare. You can buy it for about 20 Euros. May be the stamps make it rare.

Thanks for the help on that. Yes, it is neat that it came from that archive. Maybe because my writing is so bad I have trouble reading others' handwriting.
