It looks like it reads "In Ramen des Fuehrers"
I'm going with "bad", in conjunction with the signature.

I mean that I have seen this style of stamp on another document (attached and from the Gollob collection sold on HH recently). The colour of the stamp on the doc originally posted in this thread is odd...Comment
