Identify this Photo Print?

I acquired a photo album from a member of Regiment Deutschland. This photo print was affixed in the album. Clearly, it shows personalities from the SSLAH. Has anybody come across this before. Anybody know its significance. Thanks,

Too bad someone ripped the caption off of this press photo to glue it in your album you purchased. It makes it a little bit more difficult to identify without the caption. It has also been cut down. It is a nice photo though.

This is a very famous COLOR drawing and is reproduced in Kraetschmer's SS RKT book.

Is it correct that the original painting is hanging in the Pentagon?? That's what I've heard.
