Unknown Signiture help....

Can any one put a name to this signiture? I have found it an an early NSDAP membership book to a GPB holder and it not the owners signiture. Its on one of the front inside pages like he saw someone recognisable and asked them to sign his party book. Thanks!

Thank you Max, that does appear to be spot on. The GPB trager was obviously an autograph collector,this appears in this party book and Alfred Rosenbergs signiture on the top of his GPB Urkunde !
