Would the emanating title of the approving endorsement denote a Heer organization (Oberleutnant Zugfuhrer)?

Awaiting delivery. My apologies, this is the only image. Then again I won't actually have in hand and see until I return from Afghanistan by the end of year.

I know that "zugfuhrer" is an equivilant platoon leader

Thanks again for the replies. Well if it denotes any reference to a Geschwader, that clarifies any other conclusion out of the question.
