Kleiner Führer durch Paris

I've picked up this travel guide recently. It's not dated but I do know its either prewar or printed during the war. Can someone tell me more about this booklet? I know there are editions witch state on the cover that they are "soldier editions". Do they differ much from this one or is it an advertising stunt?

The only book in the stock of the German National Library (Deutsche Nationalbibliothek) is
printed 1940.
