Hello again to all, I need conformation on the div. sign. What I can tell by a little research is the this is either a truck of the 14th armee of of the 75th inft. div. What is the consensus of the board? thanks again . Mike

I'd say it is I.R.69 related, especially if it is from 1939/40. -

I don't think so, just the world of Truppenkennzeichen has a lot of unknown and half-known areas. I am not 100% sure when I say it is I.R.69 related (it probably is though). It is always difficult to make a correct identification from just one photo (and when it is cropped off). When there is no information regarding the veteran who owned the photo, we usually need a lot of photos from the same man to trace his service. Scenery, buildings, road signs, equipments, highly decorated officers, other known Truppenkennzeichen, etc, etc...I guess I read the thier information incorrectly
Note that YOU are in the best position to identify the unit when you have more photos from the grouping, not us!Comment

Right you are Akira. I am just a neophyte here. I've allways enjoyed looking at these type of photographs and just in the last 3 or 4 years started to collect them.
Now I'm starting to go thru and scrutinize all my pics to learn all I can about the units, areas, equipment, ETC. and this forum is a great boon.
Sadly these photographs I recently purchased were, I'm sure, part of a larger lot. So it will be very difficult to find out for sure which divisional sign this is.
