Two New Citations for opinions

Hi,here are two citations in my possession and would like to know if possible if they are the real thing,they look ok to me but I am no expert, comments would be appreciated.The wound badge citation scan does not show up the eagle and swastika stamp well but it is complete.

Both documents look good. The wound citation is for fighting in northern Italy.

thank you Guys for this info,its incredible at the amount of knowledge you guys have on this great site,it makes these item all the more interesting,especially knowing that the wound badge citation was awarded for action in Italy.
