VWA document + extra document

Hello,

Are these documents authentic?

At what is the second document, cause it's signed after capatulation of Germany, and it says that this person can't serve for a while in the German army, but they weren't allowed to have an army.
Can some one help, cause I have never seen a document, like the second one?

The second document is a medical certificate about the inability of that Uff. Fritz Reuter to be

fit for (military) duty for the foreseeable time. It is just a form they used in the time during the

war. But it seems that the doctor did not have another form in theses days (30.5.1945). So

he used the only one he had.
