U-Boat Song or Poem? You decide

I found this when I was digging around for other items and forgot I had it. Its a song or a poem I believe or I should say "we" believe. I sat down with a better German speaker and reader then I and its kind of a cool U-Boat memorabilia item. The story on the back as I remember it, is rather good, so knock yourself out!
