I have never seen this uniform combination before, perhaps someone will know the answer. The year on the back of the photo ,is very clear but the month I cannot read.

It looks like the breast eagle has been removed meaning this is post-8 may 45. As such its not so unusual to see weird combinations like this.

He may be wearing a "Sudfront" tunic made from tan Ilona cloth with ordinary feldgrau trousers, the contrast making them seem darker than they are.

You really can't make any conclusions other than it's from after the end of the war. Beyond that they simply wore whatever was around, after all they didn't have to stick to uniform rules any more.
