Such 'Marseille' dedications on pristine blank pages/clippings are just fantasy pieces IMO.
The one posted by bootneck is just a much better attempt with a 'signature' closer to the Hamilton version posted in that pinned Marseille thread, particularly compared to the standard dodgy dedication I show here. I also add another example of the 'better' version (see also post #36 on p 11 of the pinned Marseille thread for another similar example on a postcard).
I would not want bootneck's example in my collection with what I currently know about such 'Marseille' signed material.
Bootneck, I'd be interested to know when and from where your 'real' piece was purchased...Comment
