Please identify foreign officers with Luftwaffe officers photo

I cannot tell what country these officers in the photo are. Just when I think I got it narrowed down I see something else on their uniforms that I cannot match up with any references. Looks like some are airforce, some maybe infantry. They were meeting with Luftwaffe officers. Any help in indentifying them is greatly appreciated

Judging from the wing I would say Spain.

From the wing, the beret and the fact that the one on the far left is wearing the Arrows and yoke badge of the Spanish Falange I'd say definitely Spanish, also the wearing of the shirt collar outside over the jacket collar is a Spanish trait too.

I would say that they are air attaches from various countries - immediately left of the LW officer facing the camera appears to be an Italian officer.
