Award document KVK 1. class - Nothing special .. or is it ?

I present today a certificate of award for the KVK 1st class, awarded to a later general of the Austrian army.

In itself is nothing special but if you look at the signature - general of armored troops HUBE, bearer of the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves swords and diamonds.
