What shall we do with a drunken Pilot ?

Hi,
This paper was with a small group of a Pilot.
It says he was drunk and couldn't do proper service that moment.
The punishment was to stay in for a few days.
He got a mild punishment for he did a proper job till that moment.

Great guy to drink with !!
I wonder they already had Jägermeister that time.
