Who's this RKT on my photo? Help

Hi guys, I've recently bought this photo. Who's the RK winner? It seems he holds the rank of General in the Army, and an IAB on his left side??

No clue on the RK Winner but...

Isnt the room full with Luftwaffe enlisted? of a combination of Luftwaffe and Heer?
I was trying to enhance and read what the card says on the table in the foreground of the photo. Perhaps if someone could get that clear enough to read might be able to figure out what the gathering is about, and then figure out who the Army General is with the Knights Cross... (IMO)

Some fellow in another forum told me that the RKT could be Erich Brandenberger, but I have my doubts (although he looks much like him).

What's that badge he's wearing? Panzer badge or IAB?
