Identifying Oberst Wolff (photos)

Hello

Here are 2 diploma. The first one is a document for the Frontflugspange für Kampfflieger and was awarded to Paul Strobel (later KC holder). This doc belongs to a group and is displayed on www.leisuregalleries.com
It is signed by Oberst Dr. Gottlieb Wolff who was Kdre of K.G. 4 at that time.

the second diploma comes from François's collection and this is a preliminary document for the Knights Cross
This docu is also signed by an Obst. Wolff who belonged to the LPA at that time.
Due to the similarity in both Wolff signatures, do you think that there is only one Wolff : he would have been Kdre of K.G. 4 and later incorporated in the LPA ?
I think so but I am not sure.
By checking on www.das-ritterkreuz.de, I found this info about Gottlieb Wolff :
DoB : 05/05/1897
DoD : 29/03/1971
KC : 05/01/43 as Obst. u. Kdre K.G. 4
If you agree with me, have you more info abot this Gottlieb Wolff ? I especially look for dates of promotions, assignments (dates & units), awards.
