support
Why don't you both provide more concrete support for your different opinions??
1917-1919, tell us more about the provenance of the item from the vet, which sounds interesting info...
Weweslburg, share with us your expertise (we know you don't like to boast...)regarding the '5 errors' with examples from your extensive archive to support your definitive opinion...

signatures have always interested me,they are a very intensive study.years ago i did an experiment on my own signature, taking 10 seperate pieces of paper and signing all 10 over the course of one day,at the end of the day they varied,no 2 were exactly the same.........interesting.........dave

1. the letters "r" - "m" - "a" as well as the two "n"
2. the word Göring is totally wrong ! The letter "ö" even isn´t a "ö"
3. Göring NEVER wrote such an "r" - NEVER !
4. letter "n" is too round and than the following "g". I have a lot of Göring signatures but no single one has such an "g"
5. the word "Reichsmarschal" is completely wrong and not Göring´s handwriting
6. have you ever seen HOW Göring wrote numbers ? I bet you didn´t, because otherwise you would immediately know that these numbers were not written by Hermann Göring !
altogether: The signature, the word Reichsmarschall and the numbers were not written by Hermann Göring - fact !

and?
Not sure what u r on about in no. 6, Weweslburg... the simple question from me was to post something to support your opinion about the 5 errors.
Of course, if you have a lot of Goring sigs you should post some of them as I initially suggested to support your argument and specifically cover all of the points you make using examples, as what you say currently means very little...
hopefully you have some Goring examples from 1945 to share, too, for comparison.
don't u think that would be good, Obersalzburg, if he actually posted some examples to back up his opinions and added something more useful to the discussion??
