Mister X, IMHO not only the PAB citation, but also the PAB II Stufe and the Fahrbefehl.
I´m not sure regarding the last two citations.

BTW, compare the KVK2 citation from April 42 with Mai 42 PAB citation from this thread : Click!, especialy the round stamp.
IMHO both looks very good , but the stamp is for sure not the same - note the number "4".
