help needed with photo album

hi guys bit lost when it comes to photos was offer this photo album can anyone help, one if you think they are real and two what would be a fair offer to give him, any help would be great

It's pretty hard to tell at that resolution but the photos appear to be genuine, though they do not originally belong to that album.

To put a value would need higher resolution images in my view. From what I can see the value would not be very high imo.
