    FSJ document on the e-stand

Am I the only one that do have problems with this document ?

    http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=581303

    Document itself, stamp and signature.

You're not the only one. I wouldn't expect to see that particular stamp there (or any stamp possibly) and I'd expect to see the (possibly stamped) signature of Bruno Loerzer - who was a Generaloberst by the date shown on that citation, not a Generalleutnant. The signature on that citation looks faked.

      Quite right, it's bad.

For what it's worth, I don't like either.

Signature problems apart, is it legit to find a I/FJR3 stamp on this kind of documents?

Now listed as Sold!!!! Doesn't reflect well on the buyer or seller.

Image taken from the sales thread before it disappears.

Well, me and Simon are the e-stand mods there, so we'll not be deleting it.

And hopefully Chester's other offerings will be better than this...

                      Hank,

As Hucks says this is not good for the WAF really. Surely if a fake is spotted for sale shouldnt it be taken off before some poor trusting buyer takes it.

                          Hi guys,

I can only agree, not an original document.

The best course is to open a discussion thread, as we did, and indicate the fact in the original sales thread, again as we did. After subsequent discussion by the community, then it can be removed. We don't want a system whereby moderators act as judge and jury on items.

I've PM'd the seller to ask if indeed the item was sold and if so to whom, as we want to make sure that they are aware that they're buying a fake.
