Can anyone expound on this stamp. It has been clipped from a heavy woven cover possibly. I can what looks to be the words "...kommando" and possbly "Belgium ?"

Looks to be cut from a ID Document or Wehrmacht Drivers license. States Luftgaukommando - Belgien. Air regional Command - Belgium Good for display but not worth much as a collectors piece.Comment
