DKiG winner 58 Inf. Div. ID

I have three photos from the 58 Inf. Div. during a ceremony in 1.943 at Nowgorod.

You can see two DKiG winners, nominally the Division Kommandant and his Adjudant, maybe you can help me naming both.

Also in the grop photo he guy in the right is wearing strange collar patches?????????

Hello,

In january 1943, the Kdr. of 58.ID is Gen.Lt. Karl von Graffen.

Ritterkreuz on 13.08.1942
DKiG on 24.12.1941

I don't know if it's the good guy. If it's Graffen, strangely he doesn't wear his Ritterkreuz

v Graffen was DKiG 24.12.41, Kmdr 58 ID 27.03.42, GenMj 01.07.42, RK 13.08.42. So this was in between the last two dates. By 09.43 he had gone to Italy
The other man was his Ia 58 ID, Obst Alexander v Pfuhlstein.
