Because the breasteagle is pinned on loosely i would say that this is a vet making a picture with his old uniform.
A re-enacter would have sewn it.I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

You probably saw this photo on my RGG/HG thread. I purchased it with the knowledge that it was a Vet wearing his old uniform as some of the insignia had been previously removed and pinned on loosely

The shoulder straps are missing alltogether; certainly post-war, your explanation seems the most logical.Comment
