I picked this small group up from a former Pz Rgt 204 and later Feldherrnhalle Pz soldier. What I found interesting were the Feldherrnhalle "Die Panzerbrigade" unit papers (numbers 1, 2 and 3 from Jan and Feb 45) which I have never seen before.

Very nice "FHH" group, Jim.
Love the photo of the Panther ausf.D - Is there anything written on the back? A date perhaps?
It would be nice to know if Herr Becker won his GAB while actually serving in the Versorgungs-Kompanie (perhaps he was pulled to fill in due to casualties, caught in combat unexpectedly, etc.) or if the dates which qualified him for the award were from his combat time with one of the line companies, was subsequently transferred to the Versorgungs-Kompanie and it just took time for the paperwork to be filed and the award to "catch up." My guess would be the latter.
Congrats and thanks for posting it.

thank you guys, I was happy to get it and have a number of unit newspapers but not FHH. Rob, there is no scripting on the back but it is in his photo album and is just scripted our Panther basically. The newspapers have 4 pages and is basically a sheet of paper folded in half. I will look through it more in detail and see if anything else is there but got a lot of stuff yesterday to include a Pz Nachrichten Afrika Korps photo album, a Pz AA 4 photo album with documents which is very nice and a small "GD" Sturmgeschutz grouping as well as a lot of loose photos, not all of which were Panzer.

Hello
very nice collection.
In reply to Alan, the material refers to Pz.Brigade 106 FHH (which fought on the western front), not to Pz.Div. FHH (eastern front).

( I did promise...and I still need to go take you pictures of the scrolls in the windows 7th Panzer Regiment's former Officer's Club in Vaihingen. [I ate lunch there on Friday, alas..no camera.]
