looks like something from 'Latil' so I think it is French

I hardly know anything about trucks and cars so I don't know what a "Latil" is.
Could you please give me a bit more information about them?

forest tractor made by Latil in 1937. Latil trucks were used by the German Wehrmacht in 1941.

Found on Google.

I should add that this is not a direct reference to the tractor in your picture.
