Got this in the mail today. Nothing too special, but the price was right at $1.04 .
I was wondering what is on the shoulder boards?

I was thinking maybe the number "62?

It's his Flak Regiment number, whatever it is

I had a bit of time on my hands after work and was experimenting with tinting in the photo. I am still working on it, but it is turning out quite well, imo.
