    Translation help needed!

I need to translate this text. I know it is something about a new grave for "Wolfg. v. Di.", but which one?

    Thanks!

That is quite normal for those reburied in civilian cemeteries in Germany. Something that happened quite often with officers early in the war.
Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.

I think "v. Di." is an abbreviated family name.

Could you give us the exact family name ? It seems that he came from a German noble family ("von" ).

It's a grouping I was interested in buying. His full name is Wolfgang von Ditterich. KIA in France 1944 from a direct hit by a tank.

You are right. Not even with his full name you can find him listed in the Volksbund list.

I took the name as given from PerMilitaria.

With the correct name it fits.
