Soldier pic: what shoulderboard?

Last week i got this picture.
I'm curious to know what the sign on his shoulderboard stands for.
I couldn't find anything in a book about uniforms.

Maybe you can help me?

First guess would be for a heer flak slip on loop the unit number is below but to hard to read.

Agreed, Heeres Flak units were independent Flak units often attached to Panzer Divisions for anti-aircraft protection. Here is another image of a Heeres Flak soldier with the flaming bomb device with number beneath:
