Please help identify locations

Could anyone please help to identify the background locations of the following photos?

I appreciate that some of these may be long shots but any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

This photo is currently being dscussed in the following thread (LINK). Can anyone offer any idea as to which country based on the farmers dress?

Couple of Gestapo guys out for a strole. Anyone recognize the castle?

This picture shows the headquarters and school of the SD and the Sipo (Rabka ,Poland).

Might be some sort of investigation/exhumation or a perhaps a crime scene training exercise??

Would like to keep this going in the hope that the other locations may be identified.

Unfortunately, no writing on the reverse of the pics.

Didn't have much luck with the above photos when I first started this thread several years ago and I have a couple more long shots to add.

First up is a photo of 2 SiPo members stood in front of a building. Reverse of the photo has written. "Warsaw, 1942, with Herr Schmidt"

Does anybody recognise the building or the NCO and officer?

Anyone hazard a guess as to country? South of France?
