price for Sports ID ?

guys i found this in one of my loose photo boxes and am thinking of letting it go.
what would be a fair price ?

I have no idea as to the value.

But is that an RAD spade on his shoulder patch? The RAD seems to have been involved in sports in the Third Reich in some way- at least I seem to recall seeing photos of those big gymnastics demonstrations with hundreds of participants, with banners identifying the RAD.

On the other hand, von Tschammer-Osten was the Reich Commissioner of Sports... he was separate from the Konstantin Hierl's RAD wasn't he?

Maybe somebody here knows the story.

Perhaps the RAD promoted 'mass exercise' as a way to make for healthier workers, while von Tschammer-Osten was more on the side of Olympic athlete development--- i.e. the big-time sports.

That brings us back to this ID. Was this 'Sports ID' issued by the RAD, or is it just coincidence that the young fellow was wearing an RAD uniform? What privileges would the bearer of a ID like this have been entitled to?
