Was Wilhelm Keitel as the chief of "OKW" or "OKH" possible to sign the diploma of Iron Cross first-class for the members of airborne troops of Luftwaffe?
Is that probable or improbable?
Do anybody know some probable cases?
Please teach me your opinion.

It's fake, to start with the FJ were LW and had nothing to do with the Heer, much less it's personnel office.
