Help with Blockade Breaker document

Out of my area so would like to ask for opinions on this document in regards to authenticity and value. For sale at 200 euros so not sure if this is in the ballpark or not if it is period.

No obvious red flags as far as i can see and the price is fine.

Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.
