The detail in the paintings and on the sculptures is fantastic. I really think that they capture the 'mood' of the times.

I thought about trying to collect the series of cards but finally pitched the idea as there are so many and it would take more time than I have left to collect the full set. I finally worked on completing the series of catalogs from the Grosse Deutsche Kunstausstellung held every year from 1937 to 1944 which seemed to have all of the art work on the cards depicted in the catalog. It took only about 2 years for me to complete that set. I've also started to collect the periodicals (Kunst im Dritten Reich, which is very large and issued over the same time period) which contain a huge amount of artwork photos and this is proving to be more of a challenge.
