Destroyer or Minesweeper?

Need some help with this ship identification: is this one a destroyer or minesweeper (probably type 1935, 1938 or 1939 (Mob)?

The boom for the ship's boat gives this class away, it's an M1935 type minesweeper

Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.
