Lot of Totenkopf award docs

Hello guys,
I got this lot of 6 award documents referring to a Rottenfuehrer oss SS-Totenkopf Division from 1941 to 1945 and 3 civil docs in DDR from 1949 to 1951.
I hope you could help me to identify the ss-officers who signed these docs.

Willi Dusenschön = VWAZ schwarz
Otto Baum = Infanteriesturmabzeichen
Dr. Sommerkamp = VWAZ silber
Max Kühn = Ostmedaille + VWAZ gold
Hellmuth Becker = EK 2

The signatures are (from top to bottom): Dusenschön, (Otto) Baum, Oberstabsarzt ?, (Max) Kühn, (Hellmuth) Becker, (Max) Kühn.
