I have had this signed Hoffmann photo card of NSDAP Treasurer Schwarz framed (along with a few others I will post later). Opinions welcomed.

Difficult to tell if it's handwritten on a PC browser, but on the face of it the signature looks genuine.

Hi Stan,

I agree that your signed postcard looks genuine. A lot of money was made by the NSDAP and by Heinrich Hoffmann -- who was the publisher of this card and probably also the photographer who took the portrait photo of Schwarz in the first place -- as these cards were sold at kiosks by the thousands whenever major Party speakers were scheduled to appear. The challenge was to locate the person whose card you just bought, to find the opportunity to approach him, and to get him to sign it for you. Pretty much the same challenge faced by anyone who collects the autographs of famous people today! Quite a collector piece; congrats!
