Hi - I am seeking info about Bernard Wolenga. I have a signed foto of him, but no other info. I think he was a Colonel in the LW, but not 100% sure of even that. Does anybody know his DOB, DOD, rank? And what did he command? Thanks

Bernhard Woldenga was born on the 4th of December 1904 in Hamburg and passed away on the 19th of January 1999. He was awarded the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on the 5th of July 1941 as a Major and Kommodore of JG 77.
