Judging by the structure in the background and the barbed wire fence, it looks like a KZ to me. Maybe Belsen or Dachau.

Interesting photo, by the pool of liquid under the front of the vehicle perhaps an engine shot through the radiator was taken to stop the car, then the men gunned down as they exited to make an escape? I wonder if there are any other photos of this sceen out there?

The building in the back may be the Bundeswehr Werdenfelser Kaserne in Murnau, Bavaria... Just a guess.

There was not a concentration camp, only a Polish POW camp...

More info and additional photos are here:

I think you're right about the Werdenfelser Kaserne in north Murnau.
I found these 2 pictures on Google, it looks the same building.

Its Murnau for sure, its just 20km from my home. Will go there the next days, and take a "now"-shot at same angle.

The SS-Jnnkersschule Tölz was / is only app. 40km away from Murnau, so maybee they came from there?
Also, at Riegsee (5km from Murnau) was the POW-camp for the "WIKING".

According to the link I posted this was a POW camp for the Poles and the two dead SS-officers are identified as Colonel Teichmann and Captain Widmann (there are also several other photos of the same car and the bodies from different angle)...

I am sure one of the SS-bio guys will be able to find out to what unit
                    SS-Obersturmbannführer Teichmann belonged to...

                            Some information dealing with Teichmann:

                            http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ludwig_Teichmann

According to this Teichmann 24 January 1947 was hanged in Belgrad.
