Retired pilot documents

Does anybody have a retired pilot document issued in 1940 / 1941?
Would you be so kind to inform me what number it says in the left corner. (or you can post an image.)

If memory serves the Retired Pilot Badges ceased to be awarded after the outbreak of WW2.

That and due to their general scarcity I suspect there are very few documents in existence.

Personally I would love seeing one regardless of when it was issued.
