Hello please determination to people! I purchased this from a picture postcard estate of a Knight's Cross holder. Can you tell me what people can be seen in these photos? thanks a lot!

The general on the left has some facial characteristics of General der Landespolizei Ferdinand von Zepelin, Chef der Preußischen Schutzpolizei. Can you provide a close-up of the same officer in the middle photo above and also one of the circular monument in the right background. It appears to be a fist grasping a snake?
