Aircrafts flying over open water Arado 240 ??

I think this airplane could be an Arado 240 but i am not 100% sure. I wonder if they where used by air reconnaissance and if yes where they been flying (Norway ?)Help and opinions are welcome.

These are Bf 110s. Notice the long cockpit/gunner canopy and the Daimler engine nacelles.

To avoid radar coverage I expect a few of them did. I'd say that unless this photo has information on the back or is already a known image then the chances of finding out where they are from just seeing the sea is slim indeed - they could just be on a training flight over the Baltic for all we know. Nice photo though.

Unfortunately it has nothing written on the back. This is a single (original)pic what was once bought by me at a fleamarket for 1 Mark (plus minus 15 years ago). And it just surfaced again (was laying in some box in my closet)
